It all started in 1987 with Terry, Margie, Dale and a van. Not exactly the buttoned-up, office-going type, Terry, Margie and Dale put their street smarts to work and began selling a variety of things on street corners in downtown Minneapolis from the back of their van. As you might have guessed, they had a knack for it. They brought together their love for traveling the world and their uncanny ability to find and sell remarkable products that people wanted and started a business.

Their mission was simple: selling unique products at a great price with a compelling story.
